Shipping Policy – Invisacook Brazil
Invisacook Brazil ships its products throughout the entire national territory.
Processing time
After payment confirmation, the order goes through a review and preparation process that can take up to 5 business days.

Delivery time
The delivery time is a maximum of 30 days, varying according to the customer's location and the shipping method selected at the time of purchase, and will be informed at checkout before finalizing the order.

Transport
The products are shipped by specialized carriers, properly packaged to ensure the integrity of the equipment.

Receipt
Upon delivery, the customer should verify:

  • Packaging integrity

  • Absence of apparent damage.

If any damage is found, the delivery should be refused and Invisacook Brazil should be notified immediately.

Exchange, Return and Refund Policy – Invisacook Brazil
Invisacook Brazil fully complies with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/90).

Right of Withdrawal
The customer may request a product return within 7 (seven) calendar days of receipt, provided that:

  • The product has not been installed or used.

  • Be in perfect condition

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Defective Product
If a manufacturing defect is identified, the customer must contact Invisacook Brazil within 90 days of receiving the product.
After technical analysis, the product may be:

  • Repaired

  • Substituted

  • Refunded, as per manufacturer's assessment.

Reimbursement
After receiving and analyzing the returned product, the refund will be processed within 10 business days, using the same payment method as the purchase.

  • Credit card: refund according to the card issuer's processing times.

  • PIX or Boleto: refund via bank transfer
